Never return an item without first consulting us. It's crucial that you DELAY sending the item back to us until you've confirmed with us that there will be no compensation or replacement for such things.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional shipping expenses associated with returning items to India that are in addition to the shipping fees they paid to receive the items from India.
Please return things with original packaging and in unused condition within 48 hours of receiving confirmation from us (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Provide a copy of the invoice you received, please. Please be aware that we do not accept refunds for handiwork or clothing that has been stitched.
When you return an item, we'll inspect it to see what went wrong and take prompt action to avoid it happening again.
In the same way that shipping items back to us safely is your obligation, it is also our responsibility to deliver them safely to you. We are unable to assist you if something happens during transit and the package is not delivered to us. Hence, be sure to ship through a reputable courier service only, email us the tracking information, and hold onto the airway bill until it is delivered to us.
Please indicate the returns for damaged merchandise.
If the outside packaging appears to have been tampered with or destroyed, check the products' quality and amount against an invoice before accepting the package. If there is a discrepancy, you should either deny delivery or accept delivery only after making the appropriate notation on the proof of delivery. Also file a legitimate complaint with the courier agency's local office so we may follow up with them.

Due to this, no requests for a refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be accepted.
We will email you if there is ever a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or if there is an exceptional delay in processing an order. Nevertheless, all shipping times are simply estimates, and we are not responsible for any delays in fulfilling your purchase in whole or in part. We can decide to split up the delivery of your goods. We may occasionally offer to reimburse you for the portion of your order that was not completed.
